These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skillet AI (the "Platform"), operated by Atten-X Companies LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.
2. Account and Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Educational Content and Disclaimers
Our Platform provides educational content, including video tutorials, n8n workflow files, and AI prompts ("Content"). This Content is for informational and educational purposes only.
- No Guarantees of Mastery: We make no guarantee that you will master the tools or concepts presented in our Content. Your success depends on your own effort, background, and dedication.
- Content May Vary: The tools, platforms, and services we teach (e.g., n8n, OpenAI) are constantly evolving. The Content we provide may not always reflect the most current version of these third-party services. What you see on your screen may differ from what is shown in our tutorials.
- No Professional Advice: The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice. You should not rely on the Content as a basis for making any business, legal, or other decisions.
- Use at Your Own Risk: Any actions you take based on the Content are at your own risk. We are not responsible for any outcomes, positive or negative, from the implementation of the techniques and workflows shown.
4. Intellectual Property
All Content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and workflow files, is the property of Atten-X Companies LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our express permission.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to certain premium Content requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are subject to change, and we will provide notice of any material changes.
6. Service Availability and Performance
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, availability of features, or the quality of the Content. We may experience downtime, bugs, or changes to the Platform without warning.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atten-X Companies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
- Any Content obtained from the Platform.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or its Content is to stop using the service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atten-X Companies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
